EMERALDOIL Corporate Disclosure — 2 December 2024

Referring to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on 21.11.2024 regarding closure of operational activities, the company, in response to a subsequent query dated November 27, 2024 from DSE, has informed, among others, as follows: "...we are inform you that due to insufficient gas supply in factory our production has been stopping since 1st January 2024 to till date. Though our production is stop, our factory did not close for a day..."

অপারেশনাল কার্যক্রম বন্ধ করার বিষয়ে 21.11.2024 তারিখে ডিএসই দ্বারা প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের উল্লেখ করে, কোম্পানিটি, ডিএসই থেকে 27 নভেম্বর, 2024 তারিখের পরবর্তী প্রশ্নের উত্তরে, অন্যান্যদের মধ্যে নিম্নরূপ জানিয়েছে: "...আমরা আপনাকে জানাচ্ছি যে কারখানায় অপর্যাপ্ত গ্যাস সরবরাহের কারণে আমাদের উৎপাদন 1লা জানুয়ারী 2024 থেকে এখন পর্যন্ত বন্ধ রয়েছে। আমাদের উৎপাদন বন্ধ থাকলেও আমাদের কারখানা একদিনের জন্যও বন্ধ হয়নি..."
