(EMERALDOIL এর চলমান সংবাদ): অর্থ ঋণ আদালত আইন ২০০৩ এর ৩৩(৫) ধারার অধীনে, গত বছরের ৩০ জুলাই ঋণ সম্পূর্ণরূপে পরিশোধ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত সম্পত্তি জব্দ এবং বিক্রয় করার জন্য এবং অর্থ ঋণ আদালত ঋণ সম্পূর্ণরূপে পরিশোধ না হওয়া পর্যন্ত সম্পত্তি জব্দ এবং বিক্রয়ের অনুমোদন দিয়েছে। এছাড়াও ব্যাংকের ঋণের বিপরীতে বন্ধক রাখা সম্পত্তি আদালতের আদেশ অনুসারে নিলাম করা হবে।" তবে দুঃখের বিষয় যে আমরা এমন কোনও চিঠি পাইনি (অনুচ্ছেদ ২)
