The Company has informed that pursuant to the Directive issued by the BSEC dated April 27, 2016 to follow July-June as income year with effect from July 01, 2016, in compliance with the provision of the Finance Act, 2015, the Company has postponed their AGM and EGM to be held on June 25, 2016.
