(Continuation news of GENNEXT): for a period of time in exchange for consideration. In line with IFRS-16 Leases, an entity shall determine the lease term as the non-cancellable period of a lease together with both: i. Period covered by the option to extend the lease and; ii. Period covered by the option to terminate the lease. Initial measurement of right of use asset shall be measured at cost and subsequently either by fair value or follow revaluation model. (cont.6)
