Md. Abdullah, one of the Sponsors/Directors of the Company, has further reported that he has completed transfer of his total 7,00,000 shares of the Company to his sons namely, Md. Golam Mostafa, Md. Golam Kibria, Md. Golam Haider, Md. Golam Morshed and Md. Golam Rasul Muktadir, (each of them will receive 1,40,000 shares), all are Sponsors/Directors of the Company, by way of gift outside the trading system of the Exchange as announced earlier.
