(cont. news of HAMI): of Mr. ASM Hasib Hasan, Managing Director of the company due to the followings: a) Violation of Section 18 of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969 by creating a false and misleading appearance of share money deposit; b) Violation of Section 18 of the Securities and Exchange Ordinance, 1969 by creating and submitting fake and fabricated documents in support of utilization of share money deposits."
