HAMI Corporate Disclosure — 29 September 2025

The company has informed that it has entered into an agreement with "RKM Apparels Ltd" to rent out the 14,000 sft. of space (Partial) out of 35,000 sft total spare of the factory situated in 49/A, Sagarika Road, Fouzderhat Heavy I/A, Pahartali, Chattagram-4202 for Five years. The rent would be Taka 14.00 per sft. with effect from October 01, 2025.

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, "আরকেএম অ্যাপারেলস লিমিটেড" এর সাথে ৪৯/এ, সাগরিকা রোড, ফৌজদারহাট হেভি আই/এ, পাহাড়তলী, চট্টগ্রাম-৪২০২-এ অবস্থিত কারখানার মোট ৩৫,০০০ বর্গফুট জায়গার মধ্যে ১৪,০০০ বর্গফুট জায়গা (আংশিক) পাঁচ বছরের জন্য ভাড়া দেওয়ার জন্য একটি চুক্তি করেছে। ভাড়া হবে প্রতি বর্গফুট ১৪.০০ টাকা, যা ১ অক্টোবর, ২০২৫ থেকে কার্যকর হবে।
