ISLAMIINS Corporate Disclosure — 29 July 2026

The Company has further informed that due to unavoidable circumstances, the meeting scheduled to be held on July 30, 2026 at 3:00 pm as per Regulation 16(1) of the Dhaka Stock Exchange (Listing) Regulations, 2015, to consider, among others, un-audited financial statements of the Company for the Second Quarter (Q2) period ended June 30, 2026 has been postponed. New date and time of the meeting will be notified later.

কোম্পানি আরও জানিয়েছে যে, অনিবার্য কারণবশত, ঢাকা স্টক এক্সচেঞ্জ (লিস্টিং) রেগুলেশন, 2015 এর রেগুলেশন 16(1) অনুযায়ী 30 জুন, 2026 তারিখে সমাপ্ত দ্বিতীয় ত্রৈমাসিক (Q2) সময়ের জন্য কোম্পানির অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী বিবেচনার জন্য 30 জুলাই, 2026 তারিখ বিকাল 3:00 টায় অনুষ্ঠিতব্য সভাটি স্থগিত করা হয়েছে। সভার নতুন তারিখ ও সময় পরবর্তীতে জানানো হবে।
