ISLAMIINS AGM Disclosure — 27 August 2026

Refer to their earlier news disseminated by DSE on June 25, 2026 regarding Dividend Declaration, the company has further informed that pursuant to the instruction of the Honorable Court, the Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled to be held on August 27, 2026, has been postponed. The rescheduled date and time of the AGM will be communicated later.

লভ্যাংশ ঘোষণা সংক্রান্ত বিষয়ে ডিএসই কর্তৃক ২৫ জুন, ২০২৬ তারিখে প্রচারিত তাদের পূর্ববর্তী সংবাদের পরিপ্রেক্ষিতে, কোম্পানিটি আরও জানিয়েছে যে মাননীয় আদালতের নির্দেশনা অনুসারে, ২৭ আগস্ট, ২০২৬ তারিখে অনুষ্ঠিতব্য বার্ষিক সাধারণ সভা (এজিএম) স্থগিত করা হয়েছে। এজিএম-এর পুনঃনির্ধারিত তারিখ ও সময় পরবর্তীতে জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।
