ROBI Corporate Disclosure — 21 April 2022

Credit Rating Agency of Bangladesh Limited (CRAB) has announced the Entity Rating (Surveillance) of the Company as "AA2" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with a stable outlook based on audited financial statements up to December 31, 2021; bank liability position as on December 31, 2021 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating declaration.

ক্রেডিট রেটিং এজেন্সি অব বাংলাদেশ লিমিটেড (CRAB) কোম্পানির এন্টিটি রেটিং ( নজরদারি) দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "AA2" এবং স্বল্পমেয়াদে "ST-1" হিসাবে ঘোষণা করেছে এবং এর সাথে একটি স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি পর্যন্ত নিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতির উপর ভিত্তি করে ডিসেম্বর 31, 2021; 31 ডিসেম্বর, 2021 তারিখে ব্যাঙ্কের দায়বদ্ধতার অবস্থান এবং রেটিং ঘোষণার তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত পাশাপাশি গুণগত তথ্য।
