(Cont. news of SEMLLECMF): to discuss and vote on the option of Conversion (Yes/No) of the Fund on maturity to an Open-end Fund. The Trade Suspension date is October 22, 2025 which shall also be the Record Date to get the Fund's unit-holders list for eligibility of unit holders to attend the meeting on October 30, 2025. The Trade Suspension will be continued from October 22, 2025 until further notice by the Trustee. (end)
