(Cont. news of SEMLLECMF): who were present in the Meeting. On counting the ballots it was found that 67 number of (1 vote per unit) votes were cast (93.019)% for conversion and 10 number of votes were cast (6.981)% against conversion. The Chairman of the Meeting Mr. Ahmed Saifuddin Chowdhury, representing Bangladesh General Insurance Company PLC as Trustee, declared that the majority of unit holders decision is "Conversion" of the Fund (cont.2)
