(Cont. news of SEMLLECMF): where more than three fourth of the majority of the Unitholders voted in favour of conversion as per Bidhi 50 (Ga) of SEC (Mutual Fund) Bidhimala, 2001. The above Unitholders decision is subject to approval of Bangladesh Securities and Exchange Commission (BSEC). The Unitholders of the Fund were also informed that both Strategic Equity Management Ltd. and Bangladesh General Insurance Company PLC provided their Expression (cont.3)

(SEMLLECMF-এর চলমান সংবাদ): যেখানে ইউনিটহোল্ডারদের তিন-চতুর্থাংশেরও বেশি সদস্য SEC (মিউচুয়াল ফান্ড) বিধিমালা, ২০০১-এর বিধি ৫০ (Ga) অনুসারে রূপান্তরের পক্ষে ভোট দিয়েছেন। উপরোক্ত ইউনিটহোল্ডারদের সিদ্ধান্ত বাংলাদেশ সিকিউরিটিজ অ্যান্ড এক্সচেঞ্জ কমিশন (BSEC) এর অনুমোদন সাপেক্ষে। তহবিলের ইউনিটহোল্ডারদের আরও জানানো হয়েছে যে স্ট্র্যাটেজিক ইক্যুইটি ম্যানেজমেন্ট লিমিটেড এবং বাংলাদেশ জেনারেল ইন্স্যুরেন্স কোম্পানি পিএলসি উভয়ই তাদের অভিব্যক্তি প্রদান করেছে (ধারা ৩)
