(Cont. news of SEMLLECMF): Bangladesh General Insurance Company PLC and Strategic Equity Management Ltd. to be the Trustee and Asset Manager respectively of the converted Fund. However, the Unitholders did not agree Investment Corporation of Bangladesh (ICB) to be the Custodian of the Fund. Hoda Vasil Chowdhury & Co. Chartered Accountants will be the Valuer and Auditor of the Fund. (cont.5)
