The auditor of the Standard Ceramic Industries Ltd. has given the "Qualified Opinion" paragraphs in the auditor's report for the year ended June 30, 2022. Basis for Qualified Opinion: 1. Reference to the Note# 19 The company has a contributory Provident Fund recognized by the Tax Authority. The employer's contribution along with employees' contribution are required to transfer to the Provident Fund under the conditions of the fund recognition and Rule 250 (2) of the Bangladesh Labor Rules 2015.
