UTTARAFIN Corporate Disclosure — 19 August 2026

The company has informed that Bangladesh Bank vide letter no. FCRPD(C)1054/25/2026-2647 dated August 18, 2026 has dissolved the Board of Directors of Uttara Finance and Investments Limited (UFIL) in accordance with the Financial Company Act, 2023 clause no 20(1). Therefore, the company has given below the name and the position of dissolved Board of directors of UFIL by Bangladesh Bank for reference. (cont.)

কোম্পানিটি জানিয়েছে যে, বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক আর্থিক কোম্পানি আইন, ২০২৩ এর ধারা নং ২০(১) অনুসারে, ১৮ আগস্ট, ২০২৬ তারিখের FCRPD(C)1054/25/2026-2647 নং পত্রের মাধ্যমে উত্তরা ফাইন্যান্স অ্যান্ড ইনভেস্টমেন্টস লিমিটেড (ইউফিল)-এর পরিচালনা পর্ষদ বিলুপ্ত করেছে। অতএব, কোম্পানিটি অবগতির জন্য বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক কর্তৃক ইউফিল-এর বিলুপ্ত পরিচালনা পর্ষদের নাম এবং পদ নিচে প্রদান করেছে। (চলবে)
