(Annual Financial Statements): The Company has reported its profit after tax Tk. 49.54 million and basic EPS Tk. 1.87 for the year ended on 31 December 2015 as against profit after tax of Tk. 38.28 million and basic EPS of Tk. 2.62 for the year ended on 31 December 2014. It is to be noted that basic EPS has been calculated based on weighted average Pre-IPO paid-up number of 26,550,000 shares for the year ended on 31 December 2015 and 14,614,110 shares for the year ended on 31 December 2014.
