BNICL Corporate Disclosure — 4 October 2022

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned surveillance credit rating of the Company as "AA+" in the long term and "ST-2" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on audited annual reports from 2017 to 2021, six months unaudited financial statement till 30 June 2022 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.

ইমার্জিং ক্রেডিট রেটিং লিমিটেড (ECRL) 2017 থেকে 2021, ছয় মাসের নিরীক্ষিত বার্ষিক প্রতিবেদনের উপর ভিত্তি করে একটি স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গির সাথে দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "AA+" এবং স্বল্প মেয়াদে "ST-2" হিসাবে কোম্পানির নজরদারি ক্রেডিট রেটিং নির্ধারণ করেছে। 30 জুন 2022 পর্যন্ত অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবৃতি এবং রেটিং তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত পাশাপাশি গুণগত তথ্য।
