BNICL Corporate Disclosure — 30 September 2025

Emerging Credit Rating Limited (ECRL) has assigned Surveillance rating of the Company as "AAA" in the long term and "ST-1" in the short term along with a Stable outlook based on annual report from 2021 to 2024, six months unaudited financial statement till June 30, 2025 and other relevant quantitative as well as qualitative information up to the date of rating.

ইমার্জিং ক্রেডিট রেটিং লিমিটেড (ইসিআরএল) কোম্পানির সার্ভিল্যান্স রেটিং দীর্ঘমেয়াদে "এএএ" এবং স্বল্পমেয়াদে "এসটি-১" নির্ধারণ করেছে, পাশাপাশি ২০২১ থেকে ২০২৪ সালের বার্ষিক প্রতিবেদন, ৩০ জুন, ২০২৫ পর্যন্ত ছয় মাসের অনিরীক্ষিত আর্থিক বিবরণী এবং রেটিং তারিখ পর্যন্ত অন্যান্য প্রাসঙ্গিক পরিমাণগত এবং গুণগত তথ্যের ভিত্তিতে স্থিতিশীল দৃষ্টিভঙ্গি প্রদান করেছে।
